It all began with one man’s idea:

What if getting your car fixed could be simpler than taking it to a shop and waiting? What if a mobile mechanic could be just as good as a shop?

So it began…

So in 2024, a guy named Jonathan decided to start a business bringing reliable and high quality auto repair to you!

It started small, with a few oil changes and some brakes, and since then has grown into one of Charleston’s most well known and reliable mobile mechanic services.

With 2 years of trade school experience in Engineering and Machine Safety, Jonathan spent a while working on heavy machinery, but his sights were set on auto repair.

Using his skills repairing complex CNC machines, he adapted his work to fixing cars. His experience with CNC laid a foundation for extreme attention to detail and a robust understanding of complex systems, making him a great mechanic.

Park Circle Mobile Mechanic strives to provide three important qualities: Convenience, quality, and communication.

Who is Jonathan?

The man who started Park Circle Mobile Mechanic is an avid entrepeneur. He has a knack for putting all of his joyful effort into projects he thinks will bring value to the community. When he started this business, with the help of his lovely wife, Amanda, his goal was simple: Work for the good of his clients.

Jonathan loves his work, and he cares deeply about his clients. You wont spend much time around him before you hear him say that his goal is not making money, but keeping clients cars in the best shape they can be. As such, he is constantly doing research and learning how to better hone this craft to ensure high quality repairs for his clients. He was disappointed to find out that most mobile mechanics are so called “shade-tree” mechanics that usually cant be trusted, and he wants to be the change.

Outside of work, Jonathan is a friendly and kind person. He loves people, a lot (definitely a big extrovert!). He enjoys cycling, reading, and especially enjoys the time he gets to spend with his wife and daughter. Jonathan wont hesitate to be your friend outside of fixing your car if you’d so wish
(but he also gets it if you dont!).
